What Portail provides

Portail provides tools to create and manage branded client portals, share content and deliverables, and enable a professional client delivery workflow. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or make available through Portail (including files, text, links, and branding assets).

To operate the service, you grant Portail a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely as necessary to provide and improve the service (for example, displaying portal content to you and the recipients you choose).

Who can use it

You may use Portail only if you can form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Portail is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Portail. For example, you must not:

  • Upload, share, or distribute illegal content.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, portals, or systems.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or abusive content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service (including attempts to overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform).

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact us as soon as possible.

Service availability

Portail is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including to maintain, improve, or protect the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portail and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) to use the service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination / suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to Portail if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required to comply with law, or if necessary to protect the service, other users, or the public.

You may stop using the service at any time. If account deletion is available, you may request deletion of your account and associated data subject to legal and operational requirements.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. By continuing to use Portail after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
