What this policy applies to

This Refund Policy applies to all Portail plans, including both paid and unpaid (free) plans. However, refunds are only relevant where you have made a payment (for example, for a paid subscription or add‑on).

Refund eligibility

If you purchased a paid Portail plan or made a one‑time payment directly to Portail, you may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 12 daysof the original purchase date.

  • Refunds are only available for payments made to Portail (not to third‑party providers).
  • After 12 days from the purchase date, payments are non‑refundable, except where required by law.
  • We reserve the right to decline a refund if we detect abuse, excessive refund requests, or misuse of the service.

Cancellations and billing periods

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

  • When you cancel, your access to paid features typically continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time in the current billing period, unless required by applicable law.
  • After your billing period ends, your account may be downgraded to a free plan (where available) or restricted to limited access while preserving your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@portail.com within 12 days of your purchase.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • The email address associated with your Portail account.
  • The date of purchase and the plan or product you purchased.
  • Any relevant transaction or invoice ID, if available.
  • A brief description of why you are requesting a refund (optional but helpful).

Refund processing timeline

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

In some cases, processing times can vary based on your financial institution and location.
